From the Slums to the Banking Sector
Ravi, a young boy from a city slum, grew up amid poverty and limited opportunities. His family struggled to meet basic needs, and quality education seemed like a distant dream. His life took a turning point when he came in contact with NGO for Children, which supported his education and provided him with skill development, computer literacy, communication, and banking operations training. His hard work paid off when he was placed as a Junior Banking Associate at The Bank.
